The Sacraments
Matthew 26:26-28; As they were eating, Jesus took bread, gave thanks for it, and broke it.
He gave to the disciples, and said, "Take, eat; this is my body." He took the cup, gave thanks, and gave to them, saying, "All of you drink it, for this is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many for the remission of sins".
Matthew 28:19-20; "Therefore go, and make disciples of all nations, baptising them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I commanded you. Behold, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.
Mark 14:23-24; He took the cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave to them. They all drank of it. He said to them, “This is my blood of the new covenant, which is poured out for many.
Romans 4:11; He received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had while he was in uncircumcised, that he might be the father of all those who believe, though they be in uncircumcised, that righteousness might also be accounted to them.
1 Corinthians 10:22-28; Or do we provoke the Lord to jealousy? But if anyone says to you, “This was offered to idols,” don’t eat it for the sake of the one who told you, and for the sake of conscience. For “the earth is the Lord’s, and all its fullness.”
