Wayne is a member of the Narellan Community Congregational Church and brings a wealth of experience to the position.

The squad has been together for some ten years but has been supported by Narellan Congregational Church for the last four years.
In that short period at Narellan, the squad has experienced unrivalled success as in 2007 we were both minor premiers and premiers in the Premier League competition and Grand Finalists in the Premier League Reserve Grade competition.
First Grade were also Premiers in 2009 and Minor Premiers in 2010 - an extremely strong football squad with a Christian heritage.
